I’m Bryce Swager — owner, GC, and lead builder. SwagerBuilds didn’t start in a boardroom. It started the day I finished my own home and realized two things: most builders don’t run real systems, and most builders don’t communicate.

I learned both the hard way. I went over budget on my own house because I didn’t have a dedicated cost-tracking system. So I built one.
