I’m Bryce Swager — owner, GC, and lead builder. SwagerBuilds didn’t start in a boardroom. It started the day I finished my own home and realized two things: most builders don’t run real systems, and most builders don’t communicate.
I learned both the hard way. I went over budget on my own house because I didn’t have a dedicated cost-tracking system. So I built one. Today, every SwagerBuilds project runs on an automated stack — JobTread plus Claude — that tracks every dollar, every change order, and every day on the schedule. Foundation, framing, mechanical, dry-in. Daily photo logs and a real schedule keep you in the loop without the noise.

Finish & Move-In
Trim, tile, custom millwork, punch list, and walkthrough. We hand you keys to a home that’s actually finished.
