SwagerBuilds LLC (“SwagerBuilds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on swagerbuilds.com (the “Site”) and through our customer communication channels, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide and information collected automatically when you use the Site.
Information You Provide
- Name, email address, phone number, and project details when you submit our contact form
- Project location, type, budget range, and target move-in date
- Any additional information you choose to share when you book a planning call or correspond with us
- Messages, photos, and files you send us on WhatsApp
Automatically Collected
- IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited (collected by Jetpack and Google Analytics-style tools)
- Referrer URL and search terms that led you here
- Cookies that remember your session
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide project information
- To schedule and conduct planning calls
- To keep a complete record of project communication in your customer file
- To improve the Site’s performance and content
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
WhatsApp Messages
If you message SwagerBuilds on WhatsApp, we receive your message, any photos or files you attach, your WhatsApp display name, and your phone number or WhatsApp user ID. We automatically copy each message into your customer record in JobTread so our team can see the full history of your project in one place. If we cannot match your phone number to a customer, the message is held for our team to review and assign.
This copy is handled by a service we run on Cloudflare. It keeps a working copy of each message for up to 30 days after it reaches JobTread, then clears the message text. We only use WhatsApp messages to serve your project. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not share them with anyone outside SwagerBuilds except the service providers listed below. To stop, simply stop messaging us on WhatsApp and use email or phone instead.
Third-Party Services
The Site and our communication tools use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:
- WordPress.com / Jetpack — site hosting, analytics, contact form processing
- Google Calendar — when you click “Book a Planning Call,” you are redirected to Google’s calendar booking page, which is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy
- Google Business Profile — manages our public business listing on Google Search and Maps
- JobTread — once you become a client, project management, scheduling, and communication run on JobTread, governed by their Privacy Policy
- WhatsApp (Meta) — delivers WhatsApp messages between you and SwagerBuilds, governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare — runs the service that copies WhatsApp messages into JobTread, governed by Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and analyze how the Site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not function properly.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions, project inquiries, and project communication (including WhatsApp messages copied into JobTread) for as long as necessary to respond to you, complete a project (if applicable), and comply with legal and tax requirements.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion by emailing swagerbuilds@gmail.com.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
