These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of swagerbuilds.com (the “Site”) and any related services from SwagerBuilds LLC (“SwagerBuilds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Site Use

The Site is provided for informational purposes about SwagerBuilds and our custom home, remodel, and shop building services. The content of the Site does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

No Construction Contract Through the Site

Submitting a contact form, booking a planning call, or any other interaction through the Site does not create a contract for construction services. Construction services are governed exclusively by a separately signed written agreement between SwagerBuilds and the client.

Pricing and Estimates

Any pricing, square-foot ranges, or budget estimates referenced on the Site (including “$1M–$5M custom homes,” per-square-foot ranges, and similar) are general industry context for educational purposes. Project-specific pricing is provided in a written, signed contract after a planning call and design phase, and reflects scope, lot conditions, finish level, and other factors specific to that project.

Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews quoted on the Site are from real clients and are sourced from our public Google Business Profile. Past results are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the SwagerBuilds name and brand — is owned by SwagerBuilds LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (including Google Calendar, JobTread, and the JobTread case study). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SwagerBuilds does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwagerBuilds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bonneville or Jefferson County, Idaho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
