Most remodel pricing you’ll find online is a national average that has never met an Idaho winter or an Eastern Idaho subcontractor. This calculator runs on the same numbers I use to sanity-check real scopes: bath remodels start at $25,000 here — I publish that floor on purpose — and kitchens start around $45,000 at a standard finish level in the Rigby and Idaho Falls market. Enter your ZIP, pick your scope and finish level, and you’ll get an honest low / expected / high range in about two minutes. No login, no phone number required to see the range.

What it won’t do: quote your exact project. Behind-the-wall surprises, selections, and site access all move real numbers, which is why the final quote always comes from a walkthrough — not a form. Treat this as the planning bracket that keeps you from being surprised later. — Bryce

Remodel cost questions, answered straight

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Eastern Idaho?

Bathroom remodels start at $25,000 — universally, for any bath we take on. From there the number scales with square footage and finish level: a standard guest bath usually lands $25,000–$35,000, a premium primary bath $60,000–$80,000, and luxury primary suites run $80,000 and up.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Idaho Falls or Rigby?

In our Tier 1 market (Rigby, Idaho Falls, Ammon), kitchen remodels start around $45,000 at a standard finish, $75,000 at premium, and $120,000+ at a luxury finish level. Larger kitchens and layout changes push those numbers up — the calculator shows you exactly how much.

Why do bath remodels start at $25,000?

Because that’s what a real bathroom remodel costs here once you include demo, plumbing, tile, fixtures, labor, and permits done right. A $12,000 quote either shrinks the scope later or grows through change orders. We publish the floor so you can plan with a real number.

Does moving walls or plumbing change the price?

Yes — layout changes typically add 15–25% to the project, and a freestanding tub or other heavy fixture adds a joist-reinforcement line item. Both are toggles in the calculator so you can see the effect before you fall in love with the floor plan.

Does the calculator work for Driggs, Victor, and Teton Valley?

Yes. Teton Valley and remote Eastern Idaho ZIPs price 15–25% above the Rigby/Idaho Falls baseline, and Jackson Hole runs 30–50% above it. Those regional adjustments are shown as proposed ranges — final pricing for mountain markets is set at the walkthrough, because access, snow load, and trade travel move numbers in ways a form can’t measure.

What if my ZIP code is outside your service area?

The calculator won’t guess. If your ZIP is outside where we’re actively building, you’ll get a straight answer and a contact link — send the project anyway, and Bryce will tell you whether it’s a fit or point you toward a builder he’d trust in your area.

What do I get for my email?
