Can we build during the winter in Idaho?
Yes! While winter provides its own set of challenges, it does not stop us from compoleting our work. All of our partners and subs are well versed in winter construction.
Do I have to buy my land before contacting a builder?
No. While having a plot before the design process begins can be an advantage. At Swager Builds we partner with several great real estate professionals to find you the best lot for the type of home you wish to build.
Does my custom home come with a warranty?
Yes. We pride ourselves in our service after completion. All of our homes come with a one-year warranty from completion.

Can I purchase materials for my home?
While we understand you may find the best deal on your own, we do not allow warrantied materials to be supplied by our clients. This is to ensure the quality, pricing, and tracking of these materials are available.
